Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), which lays down provisions for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, the Data Controller is required to provide data subjects with certain information regarding the use of their personal data. Specifically, the undersigned Carla Failela, in the performance of her activities/functions, needs to process information and personal data relating to her organization, acting in the role of Data Controller pursuant to the GDPR. The information and personal data, provided by you, or acquired within the framework of the contractual relationship with the undersigned, are processed in compliance with current laws and the obligations of confidentiality which have always inspired our activity. 

 

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING 

The data processing is aimed at the pre-contractual and contractual management of the activities carried out on behalf of the client by Carla Failela. The following purposes are highlighted in particular: 

Commercial and pre-contractual management, relating to all activities that preceded the contractual stipulation; Administrative and accounting management; Management of supply, delivery, and assistance services for the solutions and products supplied as per contract and/or order Post-sale commercial and promotional management, relating to solutions, new products, and event organization, in line with the services and solutions proposed. The processing will be carried out primarily with the aid of electronic tools, and may concern data and information present on computer or paper supports, by specially authorized subjects. In general, for the purposes listed above, depending on the case, the data will be stored at our company, at the client’s IT infrastructures, at our data centers, or at the data centers of our suppliers, and will be communicated exclusively to the competent subjects, internal or external to the organization, as subsequently described, for the provision of the services necessary for a correct management of the contractual relationship and the underlying services, with a guarantee of protecting the data subject’s rights. 

 

LAWfulness AND LEGAL BASES OF PROCESSING 

The processing of personal data by the Data Controller is legitimized by the following conditions (Art. 6 of the GDPR): 

• The data subject has expressed consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes. 
• The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party and for the possible execution of pre-contractual or post-contractual measures adopted upon request of the same. 
• The processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject (in particular for administrative and accounting purposes).

Where we host your data 

Apart from your Google Analytics data, your data is kept within our servers, which are kept up-to-date and secure. Emails sent through the contact form are received by people trained to handle such personal data and on secure computers. Your Analytics and third-party data is collected and hosted on the servers outside the European Union belonging to those third parties and managed securely in accordance with current regulations. 

Media: 

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. 

Cookies: 

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year. How we protect your data 

This site protects its data through SSL encryption (also used in sending emails from contact forms). The site itself is regularly updated and is protected by defense systems against cyber attacks. 

People who have administrative access to this site have received data security training. 

What data breach procedures we have in place Our internal programs are set up to notify us in case a vulnerability or breach of the site is detected.
