The bike route through the districts of Recoaro Terme and its surroundings is easy and relaxing, requiring no special training. Although it always takes place on roads, a bike suitable for dirt roads is also required. The route offers constant views of the Little Dolomites and includes a mandatory stop at the old Hostaria al Colle da Mattea, near the Church of Santa Giuliana, to enjoy local delicacies.

Path Description.

  • Starting Point:
    • Leave from Recoaro Terme, parking at the Hotel Trettenero or the Recoaro Mille Cabinovia.
  • Pathway:
    • Follow the road through the picturesque districts of Recoaro Terme.
    • Admiring the views of the Little Dolomites.
    • Pass by points of interest such as St. Margaret’s Church, several fountains, St. Bernard’s Church, and St. Juliana’s Church.
  • Mandatory Stage:
    • Stop at Hostaria al Colle da Mattea near the Church of Santa Giuliana to enjoy bruschetta, platters of local cured meats with polenta, cakes, ice cream and other homemade delicacies.
